Finding yourself in turmoil at night is not uncommon for those that suffer from panic or anxiety.

Thoughts race and worries might appear daunting and pressing.

Relaxation during these times is key.

Shut off the tv. Put away the phone and realize that the worries can wait. It’s nighttime and nothing will be solved right now.

Consider a warm bath, light yoga or some meditation to gather a sense of calm.

  1. I firmly believe meditation has its advantages. I also think recognizing the usual symptoms and logically walking yourself through the events helps as well. Both have a lot of value and when combined, it makes a great recipe for recovery.
