It is no secret that stress isn’t good for your body but it can be reduced by some simple methods that we already know.
It is important to eat a healthy, well balanced diet. Drink plenty of water and avoid the pitfalls of our fast food society.
If you MUST eat out, there is no law that says you have to super-size or have sugar during or after the meal. Truth is, if you eat a well balanced diet, you wont crave those things anyway.
Our bodies need rest to heal. The average person needs around 7-9 hours of rest each night. That is uninterrupted rest! Our bodies do the best work while we are sleeping. For those that burn the candle at both ends, you may not put a lot of value in sleep, but it does make a huge difference in your bodies ability to fight infection, repair damage, remove toxins and restore order in your system.
These are just two things that are well published, heavily researched areas that help you fight daily stress.
Eat well and get some sleep!
